Symphonic Safari (FREE!) - 2/24/2009

At this FREE family concert, the Eugene Youth Symphony introduces audience members to each instrument and section of the orchestra through fun and engaging tunes. This is a great concert for young children and those interested in playing an instrument. Includes a chance to "safari" through the orchestra as they play! This show also features the first performance of Arts Umbrella's 4th & 5th grade String Academy 1 students.
75th Anniversary Celebration Concert - 4/11/2009

As part of a full weekend of events in honor of Arts Umbrella's 75 years in the Eugene community, the Eugene Junior Orchestra and Eugene Youth Symphony are hosting their own celebration concert just prior to the 75th Celebration Party, held immediately after the show at Lane Community College.

At this concert, the Eugene Junior Orchestra takes the stage by themselves and perform tunes they have been working on throughout the season. Features small group and ensemble performances as well. Held in conjunction with the AU Annual Silent Auction.
